Characteristics and Applications

After drilling, workover, and oil and gas production, as well as injecting water into injection wells for a period of time, the oil and gas reservoirs are polluted to a certain extent, causing decreased production in oil and gas wells and reduced injection in injection wells. In order to remove the pollution and restore the original permeability of the production formation, acidizing operations are carried out on oil and gas wells and injection wells. This product is a comprehensive additive developed specifically for acidizing operations. It has the ability to inhibit corrosion, prevent secondary precipitation of iron ions, facilitate easy acid flowback, prevent emulsification, and reduce the reaction rate of acid with the rock. The acid solution can be easily and quickly prepared by adding only one type of additive to the acid to meet the requirements of acidizing operations.

This product can be directly added to water, and then mixed with concentrated hydrochloric acid, or directly added to diluted or concentrated acid and mixed thoroughly.

Product Packaging

This product is packaged in iron drums, with a net weight of 50.kg or 200.0kg  per drum. Other specifications can be specified in the contract. 

Transportation and Storage

During transportation, avoid rain, sunlight, and heat exposure, and avoid collision with hard objects. The product should be stored in a cool, ventilated, and dry warehouse. The stacking height should not exceed two layers.

Safety

When using this additive, wear labor protection equipment in accordance with conventional acidizing requirements, and avoid direct contact with the face, hands, and other parts to prevent ingestion. If there is contact, rinse immediately with water.
