Corrosion inhibitor TRY-802 is mainly composed of special interface active agent, high efficiency dispersant, corrosion inhibitor, etc., suitable for softening water and other low hardness as cooling medium system.

2. the scope of application

This product is mainly used in the circulating water system with softening water or desalting water as supplementary water. As the soft water does not contain calcium and magnesium plasma, it will not produce scale, so corrosion inhibition becomes the main problem. Many corrosion inhibitors use the bivalent cations such as Ca2+ and Mg2+ in chelating water to form protective film on the metal surface, so as to play the role of corrosion inhibition. Due to the small amount of Ca2+ and Mg2+ in soft water, the corrosion inhibition of soft water is more difficult than other water quality. On the basis of a large number of experiments, TRY-802, a mixed corrosion inhibitor for carbon steel specially designed for softening water, is selected. It plays a role in corrosion inhibition mainly by inhibiting metal polarization. Corrosion and scale inhibitor TRY-802 in normal use of carbon steel corrosion rate is much lower than the standard.

Dosing concentration is generally 25~60ppm (to supplement the water meter).
