CHEMICAL NAME: Quaternary ammonium cationic polymer
DESCRIPTION: Water Decoloring Agent TW-01 is a quaternary cationic polymer
which is the special product for de-coloring, flocculating, CODcr
decreasing and other applications.
ADVANTAGES:
1.Stronger decolorization (50%~99%) and removal of COD
(50%~80%).
2.Used to de-color high-colority effluent from dyestuffs plants.
High performance to treat wastewater with Reactive, Acid,
Disperse, Direct Dyestuff etc. (Soluble and Insoluble dyestuffs).
3.Used to treat wastewater from textile and dyeing industry,
pigment industry, printing ink industry and paper industry.
4.Used as retention agent in the paper & pulp processing.
5.Faster sedimentation, better flocculation.
6.Non-pollution (no aluminum, chlorine, heavy metal ions etc.).
7.Less sludge produced than other inorganic coagulants.
APPLICATION FIELDS:
1.Wastewater from textiles, dyestuff, pigment, ink, paper, garbage
leachate, wood processing, fiber bleaching, sugar processing,
animal farming, coking, and other industries effluent color
removal.
2.Paper & pulp production process.

APPLICATION:
1. Diluted with 10-40 times water and then dosed into the waste
water directly. After being mixed for several minutes, it can
be precipitated or air-floated to become clear water.
2. Adjust the pH value of the waste water to 7.5-8.0 for better
result.
3. When the colority and CODcr are relatively high, it can be
used with polyaluminum chloride, but not mixed together. In
this way, the treatment cost can be lowered. Whether
polyaluminum chloride is used previous or afterwards
depends on the flocculation test and the treatment process.
4. It is harmless, no-flammable and non-explosive, it can be
stored at room temperature, it cannot be placed in the sun.

PACKAGE: 30kgs, 250kgs net in plastic drum, or 1250kgs net in IBC drum.
